Our team is not just workplace consultants

We are an independent consultancy specialising in the workplace. Our team consists of highly qualified and competent experts with many years of market experience. The Workplace Team are coaches, analysts, facilitators and change managers. Although each of us is different, we share a common mission – to create workspaces where every individual, regardless of position, can work in conditions that are fit for development and adjusted to needs.

Sociologist, researcher, consultant, Chief Wellbeing Officer


In her work, Anna has been focusing on the human being for many years, researching into how people function in the work environment. She utilises this specialist knowledge to create offices adjusted to employee needs and the given company’s business strategy (Workplace Strategy). She is an enthusiast of a wellbeing approach to the workplace and work culture, which she popularises in reports and specialist articles, at conferences, during training and webinars. She supports organisations in effective workspace management which includes employee needs (Workplace & Wellbeing Consulting).

During his career Andrzej has created, run and trained sales and customer service teams, presented at ELT conferences, supported the qualifications market in Central Eastern Europe as well as advised companies. Now with more than 20 years of experience in managing business and with the use of numerous tools (e.g. Harrison Assessment), he supports others in overcoming challenges, building hybrid teams and using office space in effective management (Workplace Change Management). He is an active trainer and conference speaker (Workplace Training & Inspiration).
